From the Land of Sri Krishna to the Heart of Tamil Nadu
Every great tradition has a journey, and ours begins more than four decades ago. Forty-four years ago, a master kulfi artisan traveled from the sacred soil of Mathura and Brindavan—the land of Lord Krishna—bringing with him an authentic, time-honored craft and a secret legacy of traditional kulfi-making. He planted these deep roots in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, where this slow-cooked, pure-milk art was perfected and cherished by generations of dessert lovers.
Among those dedicated to preserving this craft was our master chef Harvendra Gurjar, who spent over 20 years mastering every nuance of traditional kulfi-making. He learned that true kulfi cannot be rushed—it requires patience, pure milk, an uncompromising dedication to natural ingredients and most importantly—LOVE.
